Charlie Barnhart, Co-Founder and Principal Mr. Barnhart is a private equity investor and founder and principal of Charlie Barnhart & Associates LLC. Additionally, he has served as a Senior Consultant with Technology Forecasters Inc, and as a retained Consultant on the Council of Advisors at GLG NYC. Mr. Barnhart has over 30 years experience in the electronics industry and has held professional positions in virtually every aspect of the business, including; engineering, operations, sales and marketing, merger and acquisitions, and strategic corporate development. Mr. Barnhart’s professional experience includes SCI Systems, Sanmina-SCI, and Sperry Corp. He is a prolific writer with dozens of articles published under his by-line. Jennifer Read, Co-Founder and Principal Ms. Read’s 20-year stint as a high tech industry business analyst and marketing communications consultant includes positions as vice president with Technology Forecasters Inc.; director of marketing communications with Avnet Electronics Marketing; and editor, publisher and staff writer for electronics industry publications, including Electronic News and Connector Specifier. Eric H. Miscoll, Principal Mr. Miscoll has been involved in the electronics manufacturing industry since 1998 as a researcher, consultant, and senior manager. Prior to joining Charlie Barnhart & Associates, Mr. Miscoll was Vice President and General Manager of TXP Corporation’s PCB Design and Assembly division. In this role, he had full P&L responsibility for the business and oversaw daily operations and sales activities. Prior to joining TXP Mr. Miscoll was Chief Operating Officer of Technology Forecasters, Inc. the leading strategic consulting firm focused solely on the outsourced electronics manufacturing industry.
